We run a web design and development agency based in London and Essex, United Kingdom. Vivid Squad Ltd (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. When you submit an enquiry through our contact form or quote form, we collect the information you choose to provide — your name, phone number, and any project details, budget, timeframe or message you include. If you email or call us, we keep a record of that correspondence.

We also collect limited analytics data (such as pages visited and approximate location) through Google Analytics, using cookies. This data is aggregated and anonymised where possible (we enable IP anonymisation).

Sharing & processors

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, including Resend (email delivery), Vercel (website hosting) and Google (analytics). These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to fulfil a project and meet legal or accounting obligations. After that it is securely deleted.
